Len Enriquez, SB/SM, M.I.T.

Our Founder, Leonard N. (Len) Enriquez, holds degrees in engineering and in operations research and statistics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (“M.I.T.”), located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.  Len received his high school diploma from the bilingual (French-English) Ecole des Roches school in Bluche, Switzerland.  He served at the Vice Presidential level for over 10 years at one of the world’s largest waste services companies, and has been a leader in the Solid Waste Industry for over 20 years.  Len has been involved with over $2 Billion in Solid Waste Industry acquisitions.

Since founding Cambridge in 2001, Len has been able to successfully apply the high standards within the Cambridge Founding Vision to a number of signficant Solid Waste Infrastructure Projects, including those involving Waste to Energy (WTE) Plants, Landfill Upgrades, Landfill Gas to Energy (LFGE), Material Recovery Facilities (MRF)’s, Waste-by-Rail Facilities, and Transfer Station Systems.

Adrian L. Enrique

Vice President Adrian Enriquez oversees all Financial Modeling, as well as Operations activities for Cambridge, bringing to bear his direct experience in the Solid Waste industry beginning in the late 1990′s, his direct Operations experience, and his academic credentials (Freeman School of Business, Tulane University). Adrian has led a number of prominent Cambridge efforts since the company’s founding in 2001, including the successful award to Cambridge of the Finance-Design-Build-Operate (FDBOO Scope) for two Waste to Energy Plants, Startup of a 1,000 Tons per Day Material Recovery Facility, Emergency Fire Suppression and Temporary Upgrade for a 1,400 Tons per Day Landfill, and financial modeling for several Landfill Gas to Energy (LFGE) projects.

Perhaps Adrian’s most evident strength, and a core value for Cambridge, is his ability to lead by example, even when an Operations work force or a Project Team has been assembled quickly and had not previously worked together.
